What is the best method to train? With so many gadgets and readings from our training, we have numerous methods for how to design our training plan. Should we use heart rate, set paces, power readings, or lactate levels? Are they related to each other, and which one works the best? Even if I pick a method, how much time should I spend in each zone? Training can become a confusing rabbit hole and this episode is aimed at helping you find a way out of the hole and moving forward on your running journey.
