Holy moly - It’s episode 300!  Over the past 5 ½ years we have had a lot of fun, and we’ve also learned a lot along the way.  That learning has helped us to continuously refine our method and the way we coach our runners.  

 

Today we want to teach you the way we approach training (and actually a lot of other areas of our lives!) with the RLR Method.  It’s a 3 step approach that we use to achieve any running goal.
