Be a Stronger Runner

Why is it important to be strong as a runner? Most people just want to get faster or improve their endurance, but not as many people think about strength.  By neglecting strength, they often hit plateaus or get injured when they try to increase training load.

In this episode, we talk about:

  • Common Myths around strength training for runners
  • The importance of physical strength and how to build it
  • The importance of mental strength and how to build it
  • Why you need to consciously cultivate both physical and mental strength as a runner - it doesn’t just happen

We hope you enjoy it, gain a lot of knowledge and perspective, and share it with others!
